“I had the Best massage at Hand and Stone in Fleming Island with Michiko! In fact I have already made another appointment with her. It was very relaxing while getting all the kinks out!”

“I had a horrible experience today and it came in the form of a derogatory comment, body shaming and to me pure racism. I went in for a massage today at the Fleming Island, Fl location along with my wife. My massage therapist name Matt was overheard saying he had massaged a Big corn feed fella after my massage was finished. My wife quickly declined her services and we told the manager. Not everyone that gets a massage is small. If you have a preference on the color of someone’s skin, body type or gender then you should not be a massage therapist. I hope that this addressed quickly, with training or some form of discipline. We are members of Hand and Stone Massage and this is not directed at every massage therapist that work for the company. However I will not retro that location.”
