“Please be cautious when visiting this location, especially when it comes to your children’s health. I’m not someone who typically leaves reviews, but this experience needs to be shared. I brought my son in for a check-up after he developed a rash all over his body. To respect privacy, I won’t mention the doctor’s name, but the visit felt rushed and dismissive. The doctor was in the room for less than a few minutes, briefly looked at the rash, and said it was mosquito bites. When I mentioned my son had been having slight fevers, he quickly checked his ears and diagnosed both ears with infections. As a parent who has dealt with ear infections before, something didn’t feel right especially since his fevers weren’t consistent. Trusting my instincts, I sought a second opinion two days later at a different location. It turns out my son did not have ear infections at all just earwax. More importantly, the rash was correctly diagnosed as hand, foot, and mouth disease. This experience was concerning. There was little time taken to properly evaluate or even discuss what the rash could be. When it comes to your child’s health, thorough care and attention matter. Please don’t hesitate to get a second opinion if something doesn’t feel right.”

“We were a patient here for a couple years after we got a recommendation for Neda APRN. However, since she left the practice the other providers are awful. Do not come here if you need stitches removed either. They won’t let you hold your kid down to remove them and send you to the ER instead. They will also still charge you for the visit after no help and sending you to get a bigger bill at the ER.”
