“I'm not sure how I missed doing a review sooner! We started seeing Dr. Downey and his staff just a couple days after my son was born in January of 2025. Everyone in the office has been so fantastic with my son and I love that Dr. Downey prioritizes quality visits over quantity of visits. You might be there a little longer than most other dr offices but it is because he spends the time doing a thorough evaluation of his patient and educates the parents about what is going on with their child, what to expect, things to look for, etc. He is so knowledgeable and approachable which means a lot knowing that your child's doctor is truly looking out for them and their best interest. They are quick to respond on the patient portal which is great for simple little questions. When we have been sick, they usually can get him in same day for a sick visit. A lot of times it's my own mama heart that needs reassuring my little one is ok (did I mention first time mom?) more than anything. And none of the staff have ever looked down on me or any of my concerns when it comes to my baby boy and his health. Thank you Dr. Downey and staff for all you do for the kiddos and parents!”
