“This place is so screwed up. I left my previous PCM because they were so bad at getting referrals that I almost missed a major surgery. Now, this place has even more issues. They already completely screwed one referral because the doctor didn't bother to push the referral through and wrote such a garbage referral that I almost lost my specialty orthopedic surgeon. Now two major issues. Same situation with referrals. I am having an upcoming surgery and they have yet to process the referral after not only me calling but my OBGYN had to call them and after 2 months nothing has been done. So I will have to go to the office manager for THE FOUR time!!!!! I may miss this surgery after I have scheduled all the time off. And they are sending patients to collections even when you pay your bill. That's right, each time I paid my copay, apparently they would take the payment and place it in another department. So it looked as though I over paid so they would send a check back telling me I over paid. This kept happening and I had no idea why? I always pay my bills. This took me a few weeks to figure out. When I went in to speak with the office manager she was well aware that patients were being sent to collections but didn't bother to communicate with patients that they screwed up. No. Then she told me that I was supposed to send the check to another department. How was I supposed to know? When I received the check it would state overpayment. No communication. I went from bad to worse with this clinic. My nerves are frazzled because I haven't never received such poor care in my life.”

“Great people at this location. The PA wanted me to return in November for a follow up, however the first appointment was Dec 30th. I'm concerned if I really need to be seen, the wait time for an appointment will be unacceptable.”
