“I was there Friday for a lab appointment. The bathroom where I was supposed to do urinalysis was trashed! Not the bathroom in the lobby, but the one in the back for the lab. I told the tech it was unusable and she reluctantly let me to use the one in the lobby. Not a great first impression.”

“Very rude of the enrollment guy to say "well you cant skip people." I waited an hour as a walk in, took my chances, only to ask him where we were on the list or if I needed to come back. Theres a sign that says no knocking on the door but muliple people knocked and went in and talked about the weather and their plans for the weekend as I was in earshot of the door. He is the only one to deal with at this location. It was a much better experience driving an hour into Jacksonville to get what I needed to get done in a few minutes as a walk in and they were very respectful.”
