“We’ve only ever had good experiences here other than one time the wait time was forever but that’s because my issue wasn’t as emergent as others so I understood. Had the injury not required stitches or urgent care still been open, I wouldn’t have even gone in the first place. My stepson has had his stitches done there by an amazing peds doctor. I believe it was Dr. Chema. I had my stitches done there by an amazing ARNP. I have gone when I got really bad food poisoning and became dehydrated during pregnancy. Had my baby in their labor and delivery department last January which was nothing short of a phenomenal experience. Took my now 20m old son in July when he was having breathing retractions and they got him in right away and assessed and transferred to Wolfson’s downtown. And got me in July when I got very ill and dehydrated. All-in-all, the care has always been great. The one time that took a while was simply because my issue wasn’t emergent. All the other times we got prompt care with excellent staff from start to finish. My husband is actually on his way there as we speak due to a work injury that Care Spot says he needs to get assessed for at the ER. I don’t expect anything less than another great visit with great care.”
