“Horrible communication. Called to schedule a MRI. Spoke with one associate who gave me a fax number. Then told me to fax the orders over, and someone would call to schedule within 48 hours. Faxed the orders, no response. Waited a week. Called back. Another associate giggled and laughed. Saying I didn't have a chart or file and that was why my orders were "lost." Supposedly made a file, and told me to re fax. I did, and received confirmation that they received BOTH faxes. It's now been another week, and no response. That's terrible to simply lie to a prospective patient, and not even call them back to schedule. Responsible people would LOVE to have these phone answering jobs instead of lazy, incompetent liars.”
