“They practice hang up on you never take the call”

“I give it zero stars. I had test done 10 27. Today is the 11 16. No results are posted for my doctor. I cannot get a hold of anyone at the imaging center or corporate offices. I finally reached a person who was in another state. She gave me back to the number that never answers. I asked for my insurance company not to pay the bill a week ago and I still have not heard back from anyone. My recommendation would be that phone number should be answered even if by a voicemail. Putting someone into a phone round robin and then having the last number disconnect you is just wrong. It truly is a shame because the location was excellent. Easy logging in, great customer service, the test technicians were good and everything was done in a timely manner. .”
