“From a 4 to a 2 Edited review due to Coastal not caring about patients or drs. Drs leaving constantly. I mean GREAT doctors left. Now there's 1 amazing dr but shes so full she declined taking on current t dr-less patients, I completely understand. This is coastals fault. Turnover is horrible for fam practice. Ive had 3 doctors there and 3 that left. They never email portal that your dr bolted. You find out from unreturned portal messages or like me...sending ct reports per drs request and bam! Shes gone. Drs were amazing but they left. Thats a reflection of the corporation. They also force you to see a psychiatrist for any co trolled substances so an added experience for a 10min call to get refills in meds youve or ive been on. 20yrs. They aren't there for the patient. They are there for billable hours. Asked for office mgr to call me today to tell them the patients side and she was l0vely to talk to and listened to my side of it all. I appreciated her calling me back so efficiently.”
