“A positive experience. First time patient and was surprised how short the wait was before seeing the doctor. Dr. Afshar shared valuable advice and suggestions and I never felt like the appt was rushed. Great to have the onsite lab. Entire staff is friendly. Very happy I chose Family Care Partners. Update Feb 2025: Only saw Dr Afshar once and after this was assigned to a nurse practitioner who was wonderful. Then she transferred to a different location and a new nurse practitioner was assigned. She was equally wonderful and unfortunately left the practice recently. Now back to being scheduled with Dr. Afshar. Update July 2026: Dr Afshar left the practice. My upcoming appt was switched to their new physician. What I don't like is when I called FCP's number an AI voice prompt asked what do I need, then the call was transferred to someone obviously outsourced. Don't like this. Taking off 1 star and will update again meeting the new physician. Update August 2026: The new physician, Dr Doyle, is amazing! 5 stars!”

“I have only seen Stephania Dejno ARPN, since I have been going there for the last 7 months. I have had several issues with the billing department. One person actually began to argue with me! I have begged, pleaded and almost bribary to get Stephania to keep my prescription on a 90 day supply with at least 2 additional refills. I spend hours trying to get prescriptions refilled! They have forgot the basics. "Patients are NOT an interruption to their day, they are the REASON for it!"”
