“I do not recommend the Middleburg Conviva office at all. Getting referrals is ridiculous. I needed a new referral for my cardiologist that I had been seeing for 6 years. I was unaware his had expired. I needed to see him because I wasn't quite feeling right. I made them aware of this. It took 3 weeks. When I finally saw him, he sent me to the Hospital. I needed a pacemaker. Because of Convivas delay I almost lost my life. If it wasn't for the fact that I'm in the middle of getting authorization for a test so I can have hip replacement surgery, they would not be my PCP. I DO NOT RECOMMENDTHIS CONVIVA OFFICE.”
