“We always receive great service at Fleming Island CVS”

“Main pharmacist was upset I cancelled a prescription at the time was $100.00 that I knew a week later my insurance would cover because I have met my total out if pocket costs for the year while canceling I tried to explain this to the pharmacist. A week later I resubmitted the prescription through the cvs app and online which is now $0.00 free but the pharmacist cancelled my request. I called and he is now requiring I call every time to ask for a refill which is a voicemail system and wait for a phone call back to submit a request. Why am I being punished for using my insurance that I pay for through my employer. I am looking to move all my prescriptions to another competitors pharmacy.”
