“Lost my information. Called back twice to follow up on a prescription transfer. Actually received a call from the pharmacist who stated Walmart told him my prescription was not valid and I should call Walmart. I did so. Walmart said according to the system everything had been sent to Publix and they (Walmart) had not received any calls about my file. Called Publix back and the tech said it could be the system is slow but she doesn’t know. Such a joke.”
