“We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Dentistry for Children and Teens in Fleming Island! After having a less-than-pleasant experience at another location, this visit completely changed our perspective, and my family left genuinely impressed. From the moment we walked in, Carolina at the front desk was personable, kind, welcoming, and incredibly professional. She immediately made us feel comfortable and cared for. Amy, the nurse, was exceptional. Her temperament and bedside manner with my child were amazing. She was patient, reassuring, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel much easier. Dr. Kate was equally wonderful. She was kind, patient, and clearly took the time to make the children feel comfortable and safe. You could tell that creating a positive experience for her young patients truly mattered to her. What really says it all is that after being sedated, my child spoke so fondly about the staff and actually said he wanted to come back in the future! That speaks volumes, especially because he had previously experienced fear and anxiety during dental visits. I cannot say enough positive things about this team. Carolina, Amy, and Dr. Kate made a significant difference for our family, and we are so grateful for the care and kindness they showed my child. I would highly recommend the Fleming Island location to any parent looking for a compassionate, professional, and child-friendly dental team. We were so impressed that we plan to make this our location going forward! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“My daughter had the most wonderful experience here! She had a challenging time at other dentist offices and this was a world of difference. The staff seemed to have a 6th sense on exactly how to help her and what to say (and also what not to say!). Before she even realized it they were already done cleaning her teeth (we had Daviana and I hope I spelled that correctly! She was wonderful and did an amazing job, incredibly thorough while also being fast, efficient, and just so calm and confident). Dr Martinez was amazing, she was excited and really cared. The front desk staff was warm and welcoming. I can't say enough good things and I haven't even mentioned the incredible decor yet. There are a lot of kid's dentists in the Jacksonville area but they are not all built the same. If you feel like you've tried other places and haven't had a great experience, give this place a try because they completely changed my mind on what can be possible to get kids excited about dental hygiene.
