“I think the orthodontists at Oasis Orthodontics are great, and I have been a patient/customer for several years. However, my ongoing concern with this office has consistently been the front desk/reception staff. Unfortunately, I have repeatedly experienced interactions that come across as rude, snappy, abrupt, and lacking basic courtesy and customer service. Most recently, I spoke with someone named Naomi. Although our conversation was brief, her tone and manner were very unpleasant. She was abrupt and did not demonstrate the level of professionalism or courtesy I would expect when speaking with a patient. I called in the morning, and to have that type of interaction first thing in the day was especially disappointing. Even a brief interaction can leave a lasting impression, particularly when someone is calling your office for assistance. I want to emphasize that my concern is not with the orthodontists themselves. My experience with them has been positive. My concern is specifically with the front office and the way patients are treated when they call or interact with the reception staff. As someone who has been a patient for several years, I hope Oasis Orthodontics will take this feedback seriously. Your front office staff are often the first point of contact and therefore represent the practice to current and potential patients. A more welcoming, respectful, and professional approach would make a significant difference in the overall patient experience. I genuinely hope this can be addressed, because it is unfortunate for an otherwise pleasant office to be negatively represented by repeated experiences with the front desk.”
