“I honestly cannot say enough good things about Dr. Brown and his entire team. I first came to them about four or five years ago with what I felt was a very complicated and extreme case. I had already started orthodontic treatment in Mexico, and after several bad experiences, I had been told by multiple places that there was very little hope for my situation. Dr. Brown was kind enough to take over a case that had already been started elsewhere and, working together with my dentist and the surgeon they recommended, completely changed the direction of my story. What had started as a stressful and disappointing experience ended with me having a smile I am truly proud of. But what made the experience even more special was the staff. Everyone has always been welcoming, kind, professional, and genuinely caring. Lisa, especially, has always gone above and beyond to help me whenever I needed anything, and I will always be grateful for that. When it was time for my children to need orthodontic treatment, I had absolutely no hesitation about where to take them. My son started treatment with Dr. Brown and actually got his braces off today, and his smile looks amazing. My daughter also started her treatment about two weeks ago. That alone should say how much I trust this office—not only for myself, but with my children as well. I would recommend either of Dr. Brown’s offices with my eyes closed. Five stars for the hospitality, the service, the staff, and most importantly, the results. I would give them more than five stars if I could. They completely turned around what had been a very negative orthodontic experience for me, and now I have a beautiful smile, so does my son, and my daughter is on her way. I am forever thankful to Dr. Brown and his wonderful team.”
