“Went in today. Got 19 cans of cat food. After checkout I asked where my bag was and IRENE said I am supposed to turn the bagging thing. I never heard of that before. Also the cat food was all in one cheap bag. Thankfully I had a basket. Didn't know until I was home. What a mess! Very rude to expect customer to play 'Find your bag".”
