Free pregnancy tests and free limited ultrasounds in Orange Park and Clay County. First Coast Women's Services is a nonprofit pregnancy care center that has served Northeast Florida since 1994, with six centers in Jacksonville, Orange Park, St. Augustine and Macclenny. Every service is free and confidential, and no insurance is needed. Talk with a nurse or another member of our medical team about your pregnancy, your health and your options, including parenting, adoption and abortion, and get help finding prenatal care, Medicaid and WIC. We give accurate information so you can make an informed decision that is your own. Book online, call or text our Clay County center to schedule a visit.
