Every visit is a full 60 minutes with a Doctor of Physical Therapy, with no aides and no double-booking. Owner Dr. Hussein Eid is a board-certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist and completed an orthopedic physical therapy residency at USC. We treat back and neck pain, sports injuries, joint pain, headaches, and post-surgical rehab. You don’t need a referral to get started. We serve Orange Park, Fleming Island, Oakleaf, Middleburg, and Clay County.

“**⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐** I've been dealing with two herniated discs in my back for quite some time, and after seeing several providers, I finally found the right care with Dr. Hussein Eid at Fulcrum Physical Therapy. A friend who had worked with Dr. Eid at another facility highly recommended him, so when he opened his practice right here in the heart of Orange Park, I booked an appointment right away. It's honestly one of the best decisions I've made for my pain. What sets Dr. Eid apart is the real human touch he brings to every session. He took the time to understand how my injury happened, what triggers my worst pain, and how to treat it in a way that fits my body and daily life. No other doctor has approached my condition with that level of care and attention. He started me on simple but effective exercises like prone lying and McKenzie press-ups, and explained exactly why each one helps take pressure off the discs. They've made a real difference, and I finally feel like I have the tools to manage my pain at home, not just in the office. If you're struggling with back pain or any orthopedic issue, I can't recommend Dr. Eid and Fulcrum PT enough. Thank you for helping me get my life back on track!”

“Fulcrum physical therapy is great! I came in for physical therapy after a biceps tendon tear and was dealing with a lot of pain and difficulty using my arm. I had a great experience from the beginning. They took the time to listen to my concerns, explained what we were working on, and adjusted the exercises based on my pain and progress. I’ve noticed a big improvement in my pain, strength, and ability to use my arm with everyday activities. The therapists are knowledgeable, patient, and truly care about helping you get better. I wholeheartedly recommend this clinic to anyone needing physical therapy!”

“Hussein is the best!! I came to Fulcrum because knee pain was making it impossible to enjoy my workouts, and I was so frustrated trying to figure it out on my own. Hussein really listened and helped me understand what was going on and what we could work on. I never felt rushed or like he was juggling me between patients. I appreciated that he understood how much getting back to lifting weights mattered to me. It took a little time but his clear plan has helped me feel more confident in the gym.
