“I want to say 1 positive thing about this place being Dr. Reddy and his nurse are great. On that note I cancelled all my future appointments and found another dr strictly because of the very disrespectful scheduling and imaging staff members answering the phones. When I came for my appointment CTs and X-rays were “supposedly “ requested, I completed my physical therapy and called to find out why I was never called for my scans. The ladies I spoke with on the phone were very rude and dismissive before even knowing the situation at hand. You can tell none of the girls answering the phones enjoy their jobs, in fact I think they get delight out of giving you a hard time on the phone. After getting no answers about my scans I was told to contact my insurnace that it was an insurance problem. It was not. I was continuously sent to voicemails after speaking to each department, and I never recieved calls back and after 2 months of getting no help or answers I had to get my insurance on the phone to speak to them and THATS when they admitted fault and said they had never requested the scans. Instead of anyone helping me I was sent to a voicemail after explaining the situation every single time , only when I said I have my insurance on the phone did someone stop and take the time to help me. Even then I was NEVER called for my scans, in fact i received a text that I need to schedule another appointment before they would request them. 4 months out now with my neck stuck to the left and a straighten cervical lordosis causing me severe migraines. Someone needs to actually review the recorded phone calls because some of u would be out of a job.”

“This place is a joke. Sent wrong order for imaging and acts like it’s no big deal. They haven’t really done much for my pain in the last 4 years. Don’t know why I keep going back. Poor feedback service , lost a extra star”
