“This is a very shady practice. I had a sleep study done, but was never told the amount I would be responsible for. I went there today and found out that I had a balance of close to $400. I was never given a good faith estimate. I would never have had a sleep study done had I known this would be charged. They stated they didn't know how much insurance would charge, which is BS. Before I had it done, they had to make sure that insurance would cover it. They failed to tell me insurance only covers a small portion. Also, the doctor told me how to answer the questions, even though the answers weren't true in order to have it approved. Again, this is a very shady practice!”
