“Let me start off by saying all of this office staff is exceptional, They returned my phone calls promptly. They were extremely compassionate and kind. However, I am unable to say the same about Dr. Shockley. I was seen for a broken molar, he didn’t introduce himself. He just sat down and started sticking his hands in my mouth, I asked him to please explain what he was doing. He became extremely irritated and offended and left the exam room after 30 seconds. His assistant then came back in and handed me a piece of paper and said he has referred you to someone else, he would not come back in. He would not discuss anything with me. He just moved onto the next person. My Husband has had pretty good luck with him however he’s not afraid of the dentist and doesn’t ask any questions, I guess when you can be moved along as cattle and pay on your way out everything works fine. He’s extremely cold and very desensitized, all he cares about is moving patients in and out. For that 30 seconds I was charged $105, now I have to go to a different dentist to pay to have another exam additional x-rays to have my tooth fixed. Will absolutely not be back, and I hope his office staff finds a better dentist to work for as they are amazing.”
