“I am actually adjusting a pretty great review from the first interaction. After the first heavy rainfall, it was discovered that a section of the gutters near the downspout was never cleaned out at all. Additionally, I requested a call prior to the second visit to discuss what I was hoping to do. I did not receive a call. My wife explained what we were dealing with and what we thought needed to happen and said that the individuals out that time were not very professional. Almost rude to her. Hoping this is a one off as they seemed very nice and professional the first go-round even if the job was not completed 100% right. I was more disappointed to hear they were rude to my wife.”
