Beyond Custom Flooring

“I cannot say enough good things about my experience with this company. I had new flooring installed throughout my entire home, along with a beautiful new stone facing on my fireplace, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I initially met with Travis, who visited my home twice to answer questions, review samples and materials, and to align on the scope of the project. I was then quickly transitioned to Jake, who became my primary contact throughout the project. Jake was exceptional. He communicated frequently, stopped by often to personally follow up on the work, and paid meticulous attention to even the smallest details. When I was unable to visit a stone yard in person, he went above and beyond to help source the perfect stone slab for my fireplace. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and truly a pleasure to work with. I am extremely particular and have a very high standard for workmanship. Jake understood this right away and consistently made sure the details were handled properly. What impressed me most was his follow-through. Even after the project was completed, he continued to make sure every concern I had was addressed to my complete satisfaction. He went well beyond the normal scope of his role in many ways, and that level of care is rare and very much appreciated. The finished flooring and fireplace are beautiful. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for quality workmanship, professionalism, and exceptional customer service.”
