“Awesome place, good environment to find any floor you need. The guys there are very helpful and answer all your questions.”

“Biggest Regret of My Life! Hiring Southern Brothers to renovate my parents’ primary bathroom was, without question, the biggest regret of my life. What should have been a simple project turned into a full-blown disaster that I ended up managing myself because they clearly had no control over their subcontractors. The measurements were wrong—not once, but twice—which meant I had to pay for two separate glass enclosure installations (water still leaks out). During the process, a pipe burst and caused flooding. The custom dresser they ordered didn’t even fit the space, and instead of owning their mistake, they tried to charge me again until I pushed back and said absolutely not. To make matters worse, the flooring they selected and installed is not non-slip, which is incredibly dangerous given that my parents are elderly. It shows a total lack of care, professionalism, and basic competence. Southern Brothers is unprofessional, careless, and takes advantage of clients. Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away.”

“We liked working with Doug and CJ at S.B. They were accomidating, professional, kept us informed and updated on deadlines, etc. We are very happy with the end result.”
