James & Sons Roof Repair

“Big thanks to James & Sons Roof Repair for the outstanding work on our full roof replacement. This was one of the best roofing experiences we have had. Marc and the crew were professional, honest, and easy to work with from start to finish. We compared several roofing quotes, and this team earned our business with fair pricing, strong workmanship, and clear communication. Marc came out, inspected the roof carefully, and took time to explain the roofing system, materials, and repair options in simple terms. He was also the only one who noticed a problem around the chimney area and recommended removing it to help prevent future structural and mortar issues since it was no longer being used. That level of attention really stood out because the other roofers missed those cracks and never offered a better long-term solution. The price was very competitive and even included the chimney tear-down, while other estimates were much higher and did not include that extra work. The crew showed up on time, worked hard through the heat, stayed focused all day, and kept the job site clean and debris-free. When the project was done, the new roof looked excellent and the property was left in great shape. What impressed us most was the honesty. There was no pressure, no sales talk, and no rushing us into a decision. Just solid roofing knowledge, dependable service, and quality craftsmanship. If you need a full roof replacement and want a roofer who stands behind the work, this team should be at the top of your list.”

“I chose James & Sons Roof Repair for my roof and exterior work, and I am very happy with the results. From the beginning, Marc was very helpful and easy to work with. He took time to explain the roofing options, shingle styles, material choices, and warranty coverage in simple terms so I could make the best decision for my home. After I made my choice, he kept me updated with regular emails and texts so I always knew the timeline before the crew arrived. Once the job started, the team was professional, organized, and worked hard each day. They handled the roof work with care, paid attention to detail, and made sure everything was done the right way for long-lasting protection in the Florida heat and storms. The finished roof looked even better than I expected, and the cleanup was excellent. The crew left the property neat and clean with no mess behind. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing roofing or exterior repair work.”

“If I could give Marc and the crew 6 stars, I would. I found James & Sons Roof Repair during a quick search and needed a fast roofing quote while getting our home ready to close after the inspection. Marc came out the same day, looked over the roof issues, explained everything in simple terms, and gave us a very fair price. The roof repair work was finished the very next day, and the crew also took care of a few loose gutters we had not even pointed out. They worked quickly, kept everything clean, and made the whole process smooth and stress free. Excellent customer service from start to finish. If you need roof repair, roof inspection help, or gutter work, this is the team to call.”
