“Oh my god where do I begin. I am not sure why I gave them another chance after the hell I went through with them last year when changing all my vents, but stupid me I decided to give them another chance. I have been having constant problems with an AC unit that was put in by previous owners, but still under warranty. I have had the same leak for 5 years that I have called them about for 5 years that they have never been able to fix. When on the phone this morning with Summer, she proceeded to talk smack about me thinking she was on the phone with the technician and not me. 0/5 stars, run don't walk away from these horrible people!”

“Mike Merritt Heating and A/C to the rescue! My 11 year , builder installed A/C kept breaking down in the august heat. Finally I decided to get a new Heat Pump A/C system. Mr. Mike Merritt came out and gave me a very reasonable estimate for a new Lennox system. I did not hesitate to purchase because I have known Mr. Merritt for 16 years from when our family purchased our first home in Jacksonville and installed a new A/C system where my daughter resides now. That 16 year old system still works good and being maintained by Mike Merritt Company. My new Lennox A/C system and smart thermostats were installed with in couple of days. It has 10 year Parts and Labor Warranty and being Mike Merritt's customer gives me a peace of mind. Because they have the Best Service plans, Technicians, Honest, Professional, on time and top notch customer service. I want to give 5 stars to Mr. Mike Merritt and Office Manager Mrs. Summer H. and all the tech crew Brian, Danny, Chris, Zeyad for years of excellent services. I Highly Recommend Mike Merritt Heating and A/C .”

“Amazing service! My unit wasn't cooling, I noticed at 11am. I called and someone was here on a Saturday in a heat wave within an hour. Danny replaced my capacitor which was under warranty bc I got my entire unit replaced by Mike Merritt about 8 years ago, and was on his way in less than 30 mins. Outstanding service! I won't use anyone else for HVAC ever!”
