“My enclosed patio project began the end of September 2025. The design was basic and simple, consisting of 4 vinyl windows and 2 doors. I was told that it would take between 2-4 weeks to manufacture. Then I was told it be 4-6 weeks to manufacture. The delivery company dropped off bronze framing material. It was supposed to be WHITE. Another delay. We're now into early November and still nothing. Texts, emails, and phone were made to Southern Enclosures only to told they would reach out to the supplier. Details on status of windows and installation were only received after numerous calls and electronic communications initiated by me. It's now December 12th 2025. I was told they would check on the progress and get back to me. Finally received the correct White framing material. Received a text on December 26th and said my installed the following Monday or Tuesday. Finally, 4 windows where installed. The installers would have to come back the following day to install the doors. They soon discovered that the door frames weren't made to the proper dimensions. It's now February 1st and still no new door frames. Hopefully, this project will be completed next week. At the very onset of this project I told Southern Enclosures that I wanted continuous status. Communications was very poor and left me frustrated. I will reserve my final review until next week. Reasonable compensation is the responsible thing to do. Hope they're listening! Showed up last week with raw material. Owner instructed installers to fabricate door frames. They never have attempted to build door frames before. While they made a gallant effort, the frames were not square and caused issues. The owner came out to inspect the problem. He tried to convince me that it was normal. I told him I'm not happy and the quality wasn't acceptable. It's been 5 days and I still don't know what's going on.”
