Wiggins Construction (a Wiggins Group company)

“5 stars for quality, time management, and customer service! Overall, the hardest parts of having to do any sort of renovation are A) finding someone you can trust and B) finding someone who isn’t wasting your time or who you have to contact multiple times to get a response from. We found excellent communication and knowledge, really high quality work, and a fast completion when we chose Wiggins Construction. Wiggins Construction did multiple large home repairs, interior paint, and exterior paint for us. Although we live in California, my husband owns a home in Clay County that needed repairs before selling. I really can’t express how well Bryant did managing the entire home project even though we are located in a completely different time zone. Everything was completed quickly without sacrificing quality, while not so quick that we were questioning the work. Everything was done in just the right amount of time. If we’d text to ask when something was getting done, the majority of the time it was already completed. On top of all that, the next best part is that the projects stayed on budget. When we needed estimates for painting, we didn’t even have to ask since the team was already anticipating we were going to need them, and they were the best estimates compared to other bidders. We built a great raport with Bryant and would recommend them to anyone. We’ve left this whole interaction with a very positive experience, which is a lot to say about a home renovation since there’s so many opportunities for things to go south.”

“We used Wiggins Construction to remodel our bathroom and closet. The end result is beautiful, but what stood out the most was the customer service along the way. I was updated daily on who would be working each day and what all was accomplished. They responded immediately to any questions I had, even in the weekend. Without Bryant walking us through what they could do, we never would have known we could have a double vanity in our space. I highly recommend them and will use them again if we ever have more construction needs. I’ve attached before and after photos.”

“There are so many residential home builders to choose from, and I’m sure many of them do excellent work. However, we were fortunate to find one that truly goes above and beyond simply building a home. As this was our first time building a home, we especially appreciated the guidance and support we received throughout the process. Bryant and Joe genuinely cared about delivering a quality finished product. They were always responsive, offered great suggestions throughout the process, and kept us informed during every phase of the build. Their attention to detail, communication, and commitment to customer satisfaction made the entire experience enjoyable. We couldn’t be happier with our home and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a builder who truly cares. Rick and Lindy”
