“My wife and I had a great experience dealing with SCC. They truly over delivered and under promised. They remodeled a significant part of our 1960's home by removing a structural wall and lifting the ceiling from 8 ft. to 10 ft. They worked seamlessly with the engineering group as well as the sub-contractors. They were stern when they needed to be with the subs while being supportive to address the "hidden curve balls" that come up with older homes. The project was finished ahead of schedule and turned out better than we had ensvisioned. Thank you SCC for a "job well done!". John Maierhoffer”

“I’ve lived here in Florida for 20 years and ever since I built my house, I have always wanted to put a pool in. I’m very happy I waited that long because I went with southern construction concepts and they did above and beyond an amazing job. I had people in my neighborhood come by and look at the progress of the pool and said that pools they had put in years ago were never done as well as what they were seeing being done at my house. I’m so very grateful that they were my choice for putting a pool in. They showed up every day and never stopped until it was completed. I would highly recommend using this company if you wanna make your backyard a beautiful oasis.”
