Kristen Morgan is one of those rare people- a Jacksonville native! Born in Jax and raised in Clay County, she can remember when no one knew where Fleming Island was. This area was her first choice to move back to when deciding where to start a family. After being a private landlord and house flipper for several years, she began working at PMI Davis Realty in 2020. Kristen says, "Helping others to grow their real estate investments is my passion! I love people and I love solving problems." Our office is locally owned and independently operated as part of a larger franchise. PMI has been perfecting and changing the property management industry for over 20 years.
