“Had a lifter failure on our AFM engine. Shipman completed the job and then some… job included all lifters, full head inspection/de-carbon and valve guide seal service and kept me informed all along the way. Truck runs like new. They also priced out MUCH more competitive, while doing more preventative inspections and maintenance, than what I was quoted at the dealer. Definitely earned our business, you can absolutely trust this owner-operated business to treat you right and do the job correctly and timely.”

“I had Shipman Auto Repair do a pre-purchase inspection on a used vehicle, and I was extremely impressed with them. They were thorough, honest, and took the time to explain exactly what they found without trying to scare me into unnecessary repairs. They identified issues that had not been disclosed to me, documented everything clearly, and gave me a realistic idea of what needed attention now versus what could simply be monitored. What I appreciated most was that I felt like I could trust their opinion. They were professional, straightforward, and clearly more interested in helping me make an informed decision than selling me something. I will absolutely use Shipman Auto Repair again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest, knowledgeable mechanic.”
