“I went to get a quote for a paint job and I've never had a worse experience. I called before going in and they said they had to look at it before they could give an estimate so I drove in. A dealership had repainted my quarter panels and did a bad job (it's a Tesla so they're notorious for poor quality paint) so I asked to have them repainted. The lady at the front desk started asking questions and said they're not gonna even touch it because the previous person could have done a bad job and there's "too many unknowns"... I said "it's just the clear coat delaminating. You can sand it down to the bare metal and start from scratch. could you just take a look at it?" and she refused to even walk outside to look at it and said "nothing's gonna change my mind, were not gonna touch it". SHE NEVER EVEN SAW THE CAR! What kind of business would refuse a customer without even seeing what is needed? I honestly feel she was racist because she took one look at me and refused to even look at my car. DO NOT take your car here!”

“Viverettes Auto Body in Orange Park (Blanding Blvd) has helped me with auto body painting and repair for well over 20 years. They just competed repairs on my wife's Honda CRV following an accident in the Publix parking lot at Loch Rane. As usual they did their usual great work, and the car looks brand new (it is a 2019). I will continue to take my auto repair needs to Viverettes, the staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Dont hesitate, take you car repair needs to Viverettes.”
