About
I’d like to be known as a person who not only understands medicine but also can relate to people on a level they are comfortable with. This means listening to my patients’ thoughts & concerns before offering my own opinion and caring for my patients as I would my own family. My own children are all grown, and my wife and I are proud grandparents. I’m a beach lover & an ex-surfer, so I always enjoy heading to the beach with my grandkids. At home, I like spending time with the three dogs that my wife & I rescued. Although I’ve been practicing for more than three decades, some aspects of my philosophy of care have remained unchanged. I compare preventive medicine to using a seat belt. It ensures the safety & well-being of every child.

“I arrived at 830 because my child has been vomiting for two days and can't keep anything down. They told me they couldn't see him because earliest appointment they had was at 1130 am that day. There was ZERO patients in the office and waiting room! Refusing to see a sick child at a pediatric care center is unacceptable. Will be going to a different doctors office for my kid's needs from now on.”
