We are a specialized medical facility located in Jacksonville, FL with a focus on treating a variety of non-life threatening injuries due to car accidents, slips and falls, as well as workplace injuries. Our main objective is to treat injuries, not illnesses and provide exceptional medical services as an alternative to expensive emergency room care. This focused scope of practice allows us to eliminate the added stress of lengthy wait times that our patients would typically experience while visiting the ER. Our facility is fully equipped and offers much needed physical therapy as well as interventional pain management services to our patients. “Took my teenage daughter here after she fell at school PE class. They took xrays and the doctor told us she broke her wrist and tore tendon in her shoulder. Had a follow up appt week later at orthopedic pediatrics and she is just fine. No broken bones or torn anything. Not sure what this doctor saw or if he knew what he was doing. Waste of time and money.”

“My husband has had a cold for s long time. We went there cause it offers x-ray service. Was asked to pay $45 co pay which usually is $10. Once inside was informed they didn't have Technician and we would have to go someplace else for X-rays. We asked to be refunded so we could go someplace else. Never saw the Practitioner or was able to talk to the infamous Marilyn office manager. They don't care and neither will we ever set foot there again.”
