“Very rude and unprofessional I told the receptionist my daughter is sick and can not make it to her appointment and she sent me a text message that I would not be able to ever reschedule an appointment with there office and I should call North Florida Endo in Gainesville, FL. Not only is this not there policy , there policy said if you cannot cancel with 48 hours notice you have to pay $50 rescheduling fee which I understand but bc my daughter has medicaid this doesn't apply to us. I will be filing an official complaint.”

“I read all kinds of mixed reviews on google about this place, mainly because they serve so many people, I've had four root canals before coming here and I can say from experience that Doctor Smith did a fantastic job best I've ever had. He's extremely quick, professional, and painless. His assistant Loukeisha also did a fantastic job. It was awesome to see him do his job, he works like a well oiled machine. Exceptional and highly recommended. I'm astounded that somebody can get this good at their craft/trade/profession He's flawless!!”
