“Walked in. Stood there, only person in line. Completely ignored. No acknowledgement, no “we’ll be right with you” or anything. Walked out after three minutes waiting.”

“Absolutely terrible experience by far! I will never be returning back to this dunkin ever AGAIN! this one is definitely for the books. I came here earlier tonight for a large hot 4 cream 4 sugar the coffee was extremely cold and when i walked in the heavy weighted black girl refused 3 other customers that walked in behind me telling the customers that their too busy to take any more orders tonight and that lobby will be closed for the rest of the night. I don’t know what happened to this dunkin this dunkin used to be a really good one never had bad experiences with night shift ever but ever since this light skinned thin girl and the black girl started working here it’s been nothing but absolute shit. I would hope the manager of this location and establishment is keeping up with what’s going on here at night, their extremely lazy, poor customer service. if it was up to me these ladies wouldn’t have a job anymore. I hope dunkin does something about this i’d really like to keep coming to this location, it’s close and convenient for me. Have a fantastic night.”
