“The most unprofessional Starbucks I have ever been to they will just stand there and not pay attention to the counter while you're waiting for an order and not say anything to you. The girl just let the coffees sit there and melt for 10 minutes instead of just bagging it up and handing it to me.”

“I come to this Starbucks 7 days a week and spend around $80 a week, so I’m a regular customer who has supported this location consistently. Unfortunately, after today’s experience, I will not be returning. When I spend my hard-earned money somewhere, I expect to be treated respectfully and have reasonable requests handled professionally. I was told that I could not get cold foam on the side, even though I pay for it. When I asked why, the manager—whose name I believe may have been Tiffany or Tracy—could not give me a clear or reasonable explanation. What made the situation worse was the way the manager handled the conversation. Her appearance and presentation did not come across as professional or appropriate for someone representing the store in a management position. Her hair appeared greasy and her overall appearance looked unkempt. More importantly, her communication with me was not professional, and I left feeling completely disregarded as a customer. I’m not asking for anything for free. If I’m paying for something, I should be able to understand why I’m being told I can’t have it the way I’m requesting it. I have been a loyal customer spending approximately $80 a week at this location, but customer service works both ways. Unfortunately, this experience has changed where I choose to spend my money. I will not be returning to this Starbucks”
