“My husband and I recently visited PJ’s Coffee, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. I ordered a chocolate mocha frozen coffee, expecting a rich, sweet, and enjoyable treat. Instead, the drink was extremely bland and lacked the sweetness you would expect from a frappe drink. When we brought it to the attention of the employee at the drive-thru, she confirmed that the drink was supposed to be sweet. However, rather than offering to remake it, she suggested adding sugar or more chocolate. She eventually gave us additional chocolate to add ourselves. This meant we had to remove the lid and pour the chocolate over the whipped cream, creating an unnecessary mess. Unfortunately, even after doing all of that, the drink still wasn’t sweet because the chocolate just sat on top of the whip cream. And I didn’t want to mix the whip cream. My suggestion to management is to ensure employees are properly trained to handle situations when customers are dissatisfied with their orders. Sometimes, simply remaking a drink can make all the difference in providing good customer service. A drink that looks like a delicious treat should taste like one, too. We aren’t asking for anything unreasonable, just the quality and customer service we expected when making our purchase. Unfortunately, this experience fell short.”

“My husband and I are on the way to the airport and we wanted to wash our car since it’s being parked for a few days. He really needed to use the restroom so we decided we will go next door from the car wash to the coffee shop. I considered buying coffee but I already had a Coke in the car. We both ran in real quick to use it. The cashier said there is only 1 bathroom. Which I could have figured out in my own but that was nice I guess. I waited but my husband figured let me in when he was done and washing his hands. So I went in. As soon as I was washing my hands they knocked on the door rudely. When we walked out after I briefly dried my hands there was no one waiting. It was just one lady sitting down by the entry, a cashier and I guess her manager next to her. I was confused and loudly said “did they think we were doing something in there??”. Put a sign that says no bathroom unless buying something. It was rude. It took a few minutes. And they just stared at us. I would not recommend the rude service here”
