“Food was very good, but very difficult to tell what bagels are considered premium or higher priced. I think there were 3 price tiers, but the case is not marked, so unless you ask about every single one, you have no idea what your bill is going to come to and the prices are on the higher side for a bagel shop to begin with.”

“My first visit to this Einstein Bros. location in Fleming Island was great — hot bagel, great coffee. Second visit wasn’t good, third was okay, so I still gave it chances and came almost daily for my bagel and coffee. Today is my last day here. The employees have become consistently rude. No eye contact, no greeting, completely ignored when ordering. And today the bagel was served cold. I was a regular customer and don’t feel welcome at all. Customer service matters, especially when you’re spending money there almost every day. There are other coffee shops nearby that actually appreciate business. I’ll be taking mine elsewhere.”
