“Went through the empty drive thru. Placed my order. Instead of a, “thank you pull around.” Or anything of the sort she just stops talking so I awkwardly wait there then decide to pull up. Get my $7 coffee, one sip in and I’m literally basically drinking brown water because of how weak and crappy the espresso is (compared to multiple other Starbucks in the area) and I can only assume the milk or pumpkin syrup or something is soured because it is undrinkable. I give up on this location. The Starbucks in the target down the road is a better option.”

“When it takes 25 minutes to get an iced coffee... smh I'll head over to Black Rifle where the service is faster and the staff is alot more friendly. No fake "welcome in" from the staff at Black Rifle.”

“This is the 3rd time I have visited the store on 220 in Fleming Island that my drink had barely any flavor. You could hardly taste the espresso or the flavor syrup.”
