“Ordered Chicken Noodle soup; it even said it on the receipt. Got all the way to work on base at NASJAX, opened my bag, and I had Broccoli Cheddar. Not happy. I recommend everyone check their orders from the restaurant before leaving, since the restaurant does not know how to do their job properly. All to-go orders should be checked by staff before releasing them to the customer.”

“if you are looking for any sort of fast dining in the morning to help your morning go smoothly and quickly don’t come here. I worked food service and I know how stressful it can be especially in the mornings, but they are either way too understaffed or simply don’t know what they’re doing or a mix of both. It took me nearly 20 minutes to get through a breakfast line with no cars in front of me. It took nearly 5 minutes for her to even address me both at the speaker and at the window and nothing further and then after she handed me my one sandwich, she closed the window. I seldom leave bad reviews anywhere, but this was ridiculous and if I wasn’t already running late because of the whole encounter, I would’ve asked for a refund”
